2.6 Pricelists

Click Pricelist to access the Pricelist Setup page

Espresso 2.5 allows you to maintain your pricelists easily and conveniently.

Rates are organized by:

• task type (translation, DTP etc)
• type of units (words, hours, lines etc)
• language combination (if applicable)
• client groups
• clients
• currency

Translation tasks also contain a TM-breakdown based discount which can be client and client-group specific. Please note that Espresso will use company-wide TM discount if this information is not provided explicitly. 
To edit your TM discount rates click on the TRADOS icon next to the rate. Do not forget to confirm the changes by clicking Update. 

You can always add rates manually but you do not need to do it. Espresso adds new rates automatically for you either to the general, the client-group specific or to a client-specific pricelist when new quote is created (optional).

IMPORTANT! Place a client on the Top tab in Clients if you want the client name to appear in the dropdown list in Pricelist setup.
