5. Project management
Monday, April 20, 2009 at 11:01AM Congratulations! Your client gave you a go ahead for your project. You will notice that your Quote is no more listed on the Quotes list (click Sales to go to the Quotes list). Click Projects to access the Project management overview.

The Project management overview is divided in three parts:
- Unasigned projects - this section lists Projects that are not yet assigned to a Projectmanager
- Assigned projects - this section lists Projects assigned to you (or to another Projectmanager. Use the dropdown menu to view your colleagues Projects)
- Uninvoiced projects - this section lists closed Projects that are not yet invoiced.
TIP: All projects are color-coded by Deadline.
TIP: Click on the
Memo icon to open the Project (Quote) Memo field.
TIP: You can export a list of your projects to Excel by clicking on the 'export to Excel button'.
TIP: You can sort projects by Due date, Project code, Client name, Project title and Project Manager initials
IMPORTANT! Please note that Project inherits all its properties from the original Quote! By setting up a Quote you already have set up your Project.
IMPORTANT! Not all freshly converted Projects appear on top of the list. A Project can be assigned to a Projectmanager already in the Quote phase!
Click on any Project to open it.
